Delivery minimum

$150 minimum food sales order in the City of Victoria.

$500 minimum food sales order in the City of Victoria during the peak season weekend (Friday-Sunday).

Staffed event minimum

$1500 minimum food sales order during the slower season (October-April).

$2000 minimum food sales order during the peak season (May-September).

Higher minimums may apply for municipalities outside Victoria and Esquimalt.
