Minimum order of $250 low season and $500 high season in the city of Victoria (higher minimums apply to locations outside Victoria).

A la Carte selections are subject to a minimum order of 3-5 dz per selection (Depending on the item. Better pricing is available for orders or 5+ dozen per item).

To avoid disappointment among your guests, we advise ordering at least 2 pieces of any given selection per person.

STAFFED EVENT

Passed Hors D’oeuvres


What it is

Servers walk through the event space, offering single-bite hors d’oeuvres to guests on trays

Best for

Events where you want to encourage mingling and conversation. Guests don’t have to break away to get food. Not all items are suitable for passed hors d’oeuvres

Stationary Display or Buffet


What it is

A table or series of stations where guests can help themselves to hors d’oeuvres.

Best for

Providing heartier options or for managing bud1get and service needs. Guests can visit the station at their leisure.

Combination Service


What it is

Some items are passed to guests while a larger spread is available at a central station.

Best for

Passing more delicate or premium items while offering staple crowd-pleasers at a stationary buffet provides the best of both worlds.

DROP-OFF EVENTS

Cold items can be provided ready to serve.
Warm items will require heating equipment to maintain temperature. These items will be delivered in oven-safe trays for warm holding and may require replating by the host.
Some items hold better in terms of quality than others. Please ask for our recommendations if your service time is longer than two hours.
Please consider food safety. Do not serve any food that has been at room temperature for four hours or more.
